Traditional repairs force a trade-off, stability at the cost of motion, or flexibility at the cost of strength. Artelon eliminates that compromise. Powered by our Dynamic Matrix Technology, every Artelon solution is engineered to reinforce repairs and provide strength without significantly impacting stiffness.3 It is designed to share load5 with native tissue3 and gradually integrates over 4-6 years1,2 to become part of the body’s own structure. Because true healing is more than a repair and should be as dynamic as the body it’s supporting.

Artelon has been shown to increase the strength of a repair without significantly impacting the tissue stiffness.3 Designed to mimic the body’s own elasticity4, Artelon strengthens repairs while preserving motion3, maintaining at least 90% of its original strength in the first year to protect repairs through critical healing phases.2,9

Artelon doesn’t just support the repair. It integrates with the body. Our permeable, synthetic scaffold is designed to integrate with the body’s connective tissue over 4 –6 years1,2,6, encouraging natural tissue in growth and load sharing which may support regenerative biological signaling.7,8 This load-sharing design helps the body support stronger tissue with long term bio-integration.

FlexBand Twist is our flagship system with twist-in anchor locking and a MOD cube for interoperative anchor adaptability.
FlexBand Solo is a comprehensive procedure kit with tap-in fixation for single ligament augmentation.
FlexBand Multi and Multi XL are comprehensive procedure kits with tap-in fixation and longer FlexBand for multiple ligament augmentation.
FlexBand Fix is a scaled down procedure kit with tap-in fixation for single ligament augmentation.
Instrumentation
The FlexBand Twist anchor system comes with a twist in, PEEK anchor pre-loaded on the driver with FlexBand (0.5×12cm or 0.5×30cm), Mod Cube with additional anchors, cannulated drill bit, drill guide and K-wires.
